QMJ Presents: Old Time JazzQueensland Medical Jazz is back and proud to present the first Ashintosh event of 2018, Old Time Jazz. Prepare yourselves for the soothing sounds of Ella Fitzgerald, and dust off those dancing shoes to boogie the day away to Beyonce.
For those unfamiliar with QMJ, we are a not-for-profit group of dedicated medical students and junior doctors, who run several musical events throughout the year. All proceeds are donated towards towards Ashintosh Foundation initiatives in health promotion and education.

Ladies and gentlemen - welcome to Coffeehouse 1! It is the only event on your social calendar where you can enjoy live music performed by your fellow medical students while in the same time letting the caffeine from the unlimited coffee pump your blood flow so high Lance Armstrong would be proud.
Ashintosh Presents: Trivia NightThe Ashintosh Foundation invites you to our fifth annual Trivia Night!
If you love all things trivia this is absolutely the event for you. Even if you don't fancy yourself as much of a trivia whiz and just want a fun night out with mates, come join us for plenty of laughs at the Stock Exchange on Tuesday 27th of March.
Get working on your general knowledge as we'll be coming at you with a wide range of questions, including special 'ward' rounds for music, film, sports, and many more mystery categories!
Tickets are on sale for only $10 and there will be many great prizes up for grabs!

Teams are 4-8 people so grab some friends or get your CBL together for a little CBL v CBL competition.
QMO Presents: A Space OdyssseyQMO will be presenting a galactic musical journey in this concert, raising money for Ashintosh & The Starlight Children's Foundation. There will be classical works such as 'Planets' by Holst, to symphonic movie excerpts from 'Star Wars', not to mention some iconic space themes from the original 'Space Odyssey' and much more! This will be an unforgettable music event. Tickets on sale 1st February.
Anzac DayMedical staff and students, defence service members, and family are invited to attend the UQMS ANZAC Tribute Service 2018 hosted by Major Cliff Pollard, AM (Ret'd), with keynote address by Commodore Elizabeth Rushbrook CSC, MBBS, MHA, FRACMA, RANR
Ashintosh Presents: May Ball Raffle
The annual May Ball Raffle is one of our favourite fundraisers for Ashintosh. We are excited to announce that this year we have quite a few new partners providing prizes for raffle winners.
This year's Grand Prize is a weekend getaway presented by QT Hotel, a package valued at over $500.
Also, Snap Fitness West End, Snap Fitness Spring Hill, and Snap Fitness Milton have donated memberships with personal training, valued at over $400 each.

QMO PresentIn the tradition of our mid-year concert, Virtuosis 2018 will again feature a bevy of QMO's most talented soloists, showcasing two major concerti. Our soloists promise to impress with both their dexterity and musical styles. The magnificent voices of QMC will also feature with choral masterworks. It will again be the classical highlight for the year.

QMO Presents: Carols & CuresDecember is the month for our most-loved concert of the year. Sing your favourite carols with the beautiful voices of QMC, to raise funds for critical medical research. it will be an afternoon of Christmas hope, joy and magic.
